Our minimum age for piercing is 16. To make an appointment for a minor, please choose one of the two Minor Piercing Appointment options only. Minors are required to have a valid photo ID; have a parent or legal guardian present with their valid photo ID; and a birth certificate or other legal documents proving this relationship. Photo IDs must be presented in person; a photo of an ID will not be accepted. Failure to be prepared with these documents will be considered a no-show.

You are welcome to bring a couple of friends or family members to your appointment for moral support. We ask that additional guests:
Allow clients to speak for themselves.
Be over the age of 14.
Be aware this is a calm, safe environment and we will not tolerate disruptive, rude, or abusive behavior.

Clients that need to cancel or reschedule their appointment can do so by clicking a link in their confirmation e-mail. You may also notify us of your change in plans by calling us. These are the only valid methods you may use to cancel or reschedule; do not e-mail or DM. Deposits for appointments cancelled or rescheduled before two hours in advance of the appointment start time are eligible to transfer their deposit to another booking. Under no circumstances will deposits be refunded.

While we do understand that things come up, we enforce a strict set of policies for no-shows. Actions by potential clients that will be labeled no-shows are as follows:
Not cancelling your appointment, not making any attempt to contact us, and not showing up for the time that you scheduled.
Showing up late with no attempt to contact us for the time that you scheduled.
Showing up to your appointment without your required valid photo ID listed in Minor Policy and ID Policy.
Not following Cancellation Policy.
No-Shows will not be eligible for a refund of their deposit and it is non-transferable. No-Shows may choose to book another appointment with a new deposit. Two no-show actions by any client or potential client will result in being blocked from scheduling future appointments.
